I had my first appointment here yesterday, I am semi new to New York State. I haven't got my eyelashes done since Covid then I found a place in Middletown for six weeks, I was going there and they destroyed my eyelashes so when I went into Lash City I wasn't sure if they could do anything with them til they grew out. This was my second appt with Nykia for a lash lift and tint. At first I was nervous and my eyes were twitchy and watery, so I was a little embarrassed, but nykia was so sweet, patient and understanding. She did a great job and I loved not needing to wear mascara for almost 2 months. I just went back again and had another great experience. My eyelids were less twitchy since I knew what to expect. The whole process is very relaxing and I felt comfortable there. I look forward to future visits:)

I have been going to the owner Carly for 4yrs now she is Amazing! She knows everything there is to know about lashes and she does an awesome job! Everywhere I go I get compliments about my lashes.
